Catalina 30, 1979 standard rig with great condition, well maintained, Universal M3-20B diesel engine (256 hours). Brand new this past year: life lines, two AGM group 27 batteries, Garmin 743xsv chartplotter, depth sounder, AIS transceiver (all NMEA 2000 compliant), helm canvas. Bottom cleaned monthly and last repainted in 2022. Interior is lovely and in great condition with cushions replaced in past 5 years and working head. Topside nonskid deck repainted in 2021. Genoa furling sail, mainsail, and standing rigging all in working condition, but in need of upgrade. Everything else in great condition. Manual windlass, a/c-powered mini fridge in place of stove, Magma grill on stern. Will throw in an old inflatable dinghy with oars as well.I also have a brand new in the box Garmin GMR18 radar dome and Garmin wireless gWind wind transducer that I can sell at cost, ready to be integrated into the existing NMEA 2000 system.Slipped in Ventura Harbor and new owner would need to apply to marina to take over slip.

We really love this boat and do not want to sell, but our financial situation has recently changed, so we need to let her go.
